My Father’s House Mexico

My Father’s House, Mexico

MFHmex

Through the generous support of partners and ministry friends around the globe, Pastor Benny’s vision to build homes for unwanted and/or unloved children continues to expand.

My Father’s House children’s home in Mexico provides year-round care for abandoned and parentless children in beautiful facilities built from the ground up through the support of our partners and ministry friends.

In operation for nearly a decade, My Father’s House in Mexico is a state-of-the-art facility offering a large kitchen, an activity building, a chapel, dormitories, vocational training areas, administrative building, playground, and basketball court. Many of the current 48 children, referred through government agencies, come from the remote, mountainous region of Tulancingo. At the children’s home they are educated, given invaluable training in trades and career choices, and discover life-changing principles—all while being nurtured in God’s love by our dedicated, caring staff.

MFH 14Dental and medical examinations, birthday celebrations, educational activities—what many youngsters take for granted—are major events for the staff and children of My Father’s House in the Tulancingo area. The home, opened in May 2004, provides a nurturing environment for abandoned, needy, and less fortunate children. Opening with 27 youngsters, that number has since grown to as high as 69 under the leadership of Executive Directors Efrain and Eva Bracho.

Not only offering an opportunity for little children to grow up in a loving, beautiful environment, My Father’s House also places great emphasis on providing wholesome activities to build happy, productive men and women who will one day reach the world for Jesus Christ.

Scripture tells us that:

“pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world” (James 1:27).

And the Lord Jesus reminds us that helping these little ones is one of the purest kinds of worship:

“Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me” (Matthew 25:40).

Javier Aldana Gonzalez—The Testimony of a Life Changed

Now 18 years old, Javier has lived at My Father’s House since he was nine years old. He says, “Before coming here, my mother abandoned me when I was a baby, then my great-grandmother tried to care for me, but she was losing her hearing and sight. I received no education and we had little nutrition. Then a pastor from Zacatlán told us about a place where I could receive help and good care.

“My life changed forever when I came to My Father’s House. How I have loved and enjoyed this home. As I am nearing completion of high school, I now have a life filled with opportunities because of Benny Hinn partners and the staff here. I continue in the process of becoming who God wants me to be, because it is He who saved me, and it is Jesus Christ who has given me His love without measure.”

Executive directors of My Father’s House, Mexico, Efrain and Eva Bracho say:

“My Father’s House offers an opportunity for children like Javier to grow up in a loving, nurturing, safe, blessed, beautiful environment. These young people are given an opportunity to start a new lifestyle, to have a family, and to have the emptiness filled with the love of Jesus Christ. At My Father’s House they find nurture. They learn that Jesus can restore and heal their wounds from the past and fill that empty space in their hearts. Because of the partners and ministry friends of Benny Hinn Ministries, these young people are growing into strong, balanced, happy, productive men and women who will make a difference and reach the world for Jesus Christ!”
